We’re looking for **compassionate, motivated, and resilient individuals** to join our team as **Residential Childcare Practitioners**. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team helping young people who’ve experienced trauma, offering them the care, support and guidance they need to move forward.

**About the Role**
- Support the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of young people in a residential setting
- Be a positive role model and advocate
- Work therapeutically using trauma-informed approaches
- Contribute to care plans, attend reviews and liaise with families, carers and professionals
- Shift pattern includes days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
- Example rota:
Week 1: Tue, Fri, Sun | Week 2: Tue, Thu | Week 3: Mon, Wed, Sat | Week 4: Mon, Sun

**What You’ll Need**
- Relevant qualification (SVQ3 & HNC or above preferred - or willingness to work toward them)
- Experience working with young people in a care or community setting
- Excellent communication, resilience and teamworking skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SSSC registration (or eligibility)
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)

**Salary & Progression**

Based on qualifications:

- No qualifications: £27,504
- HNC or SVQ3: £28,152-£30,774
- Degree & SVQ3: Up to £33,311
