**Overview**

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Sage is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence in using office software.
- A keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media and blog posts would be advantageous.
- The successful applicant must hold a full UK driving license.
- You will work alongside our Sales account managers, Accounts and Directors therefore excellent communication is vital.

This role is extremely varied and there is never a dull moment. If you are up for a challenge, can be flexible, a team player and are great at communicating then we want to hear from you

There is a possibility of a part time position for 4 days per week, but the days will be full days working 9-5.30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
