We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced **Housekeeping Supervisor **with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect in a well maintained environment.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will be an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with experience within a care home setting caring for older people or transferable skills from the hospitality sector.
- You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of service, care and support for the residents.
- You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents, relatives and colleagues to enable residents to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
- You will have experience in managing a staff team, maintaining morale and motivating staff to carry out their role in a positive, supportive manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
