**Location: The Council House/Remote working**

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a service that directly improves living conditions for private rented sector tenants. You’ll be part of a dedicated, friendly team committed to high professional standards and public service.

**The role includes**:

- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Housing Standards Team
- Handle and log enquiries from tenants, landlords, and the public
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, correspondence and documentation

**What we are looking for**:

- Highly motivated and efficient Team Administrative Assistant
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Offcie and digital record systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Knowledge of housing or environmental services is desirable but not essential

**You will need**:

- Essential - A good standard of general education at least GCSE Maths and English at Grades A-C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Desirable - Administration qualification NVQ level 2 or similar equivalent, IT Qualification ECDL or equivalent
