Our client is a fast-growing start-up who are dominating their space within the FinTech recruitment market, which is extremely lucrative, they typically place Tech professionals into Investment Banks and Hedge funds. Currently sitting at 33 Consultants witha revenue of £11 Million and are looking for both of those figures to double over the next 18 months. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing exciting organisation in its infancy and graduates who get their foot in the door now have a great opportunityto progress into management quickly. The Chicago office opens next year, and relocation will be available to top performers. **The Role**
- Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
- Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Managers
- Negotiating new business contracts
- Closing business deals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top University or 2 Years sales experience
- Confident and outgoing
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
- Commercially savvy
- Financially and success driven
- Inherent competitive nature
- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
