Care Assistant - Based at Ashlynn Grange Full-time or Part-time Hours up to £9.50 per hour - No previous work experience in care is necessary as full training will be provided in alignment to the nationally recognised Care Certificate standard - Day or Night Shifts available.

About the role

Reporting to the Registered Nurse and Team Leader, the Care Assistant is responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to our residents and meets the code of conduct and meets the company procedures, where the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas of person-centred care, clinical care and dementia care.

While acting in accordance with the organisational values at all times, you are also encouraged to actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation, related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
