**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Position Overview**
- Engage with clients at all levels, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Conduct research and develop new business opportunities to expand our reach.

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Position Requirements**
- A confident, ambitious, and tenacious attitude
- Strong written English and grammar skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated, dependable, and hard-working with the ability to use your initiative.

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Position Remuneration**
- A competitive basic salary of £18,000 to £20,000.
- Realistic OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 in the first year, £30,000 - £35,000 in the second year, and £40,000+ in the third year.
- Regular performance-related pay raises, recognizing your achievements.
- An uncapped commission structure and exciting incentives for exceeding targets.
- Work-life balance with Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 hours, and an early finish at 13:00 on Fridays.
- 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Paid Christmas shut down (increasing 1 day per year of service up to 25 days).
