Type One Style is an eCommerce brand on a mission to improve mental wellbeing and health outcomes in people with diabetes around the world. We accomplish this by selling beautifully designed need-based products for those with diabetes. Our flagship product, medical patches, protects diabetes devices from coming off. Lost devices cause distress, financial loss, and preventable trips to the hospital.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Own and manage the production & fulfilment process of our various product lines and associated machinery, such as our heat press.
- Pick & pack orders efficiently, with a high attention to detail.
- Plan your time and track your stock levels to ensure all products are produced for orders on time, under our print on demand model.
- Work effectively as part of our team and assist others when able.
- Assist the patch and print production team with cutting and wicking of materials in the afternoons, as well as with packing orders and making sure that, as a team, all orders go out on time.
- Recommend improvements and provide opinions and insights on how you think we can do things better.
- Keep track of stock and be pro-active in everything you do.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures, instructions, and health and safety policies on site.
- Be open & communicative; transparency, wellbeing, and asking questions (no matter how silly or small they might be) is a priority here.
- Safe operation of any equipment on site.
- Ensure your workspace is tidy & organized and pro-actively recommend layout changes where beneficial. It’s your responsibility to make your workspace the easiest and best workspace for you to work in and you have freedom for this.
- Each morning, diligently clear the customer service inbox, prioritizing quality & sincerity over speed in all instances. This is a revenue-generating function and is operated as such. You’ll receive extensive training from the MD for this and this will not be a part of the role until a couple of weeks in.

**The package**:

- Full-time role working Monday to Friday.
- Basic rate is £11 per hour.
- Hours are 8am to 4pm, with fairly unlimited overtime at your base rate in agreement with the MD.

- Option to work weekends and swap out weekdays.
- Option to trade bank holidays for extra annual leave.
- 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) with Christmas period and birthday off.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment (mandatory)
- Valid driving license and your own vehicle to get to work
- Positive, optimistic, and sociable attitude
- Be punctual, organized, and pro-active
- Confidence to lead in your role and forge partnerships with other team members
- Be proactive and confident in leading and directing our scale up strategy
- Have a genuine desire to help people and do good, and incorporate this in your work
- Maintain a high level of integrity and always put the needs of our customers/patients first
