Estimating Assistant

**Hours of Work**:Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5pm, Friday 8:15am-4pm

**Overview**:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Quotations Specialist to join our busy team based in Holywell, North Wales.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ability to process dimensional “Take Off” from Architectural plans.
- Produce a high volume of quotations for customer requests in all forms.
- Liaise with customers offering advice and solutions to queries.
- Reporting customer feedback to management on any aspect of quotation, price, and delivery to allow us to continually monitor our competitiveness in the market.
- Enter project and specification information into our project tracking system - Sales Force.
- Issue estimates/ quotations via our in-house Easy Order technical quotation software, ensuring accurate and detailed interpretation of customer requirements, within our tight KPI timeframe for return of quotation.
- Liaise with multiple colleagues and departments to ensure stocks and production space are available for customer requirements.
- Operating in compliance with ISO 37301, 18001, 14001, 9001, 50001, the company handbook and the Code of Conduct.
- Ensuring accuracy of quotation against order received. This quotation once accepted will then be electronically transferred into our SAP system for the order process. 100% accuracy is essential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Excellent PC skills and proficient in Microsoft office.
- Experience working to KPI’s.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
