**About the role***:
We have an exciting opportunity for an **Client Support Executive **to join our business **Lansdown Insurance Brokers** in **Cheltenham.**

You'll be part of our** **team supporting our “right first time” approach to customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service, you'll have a proven track record within a customer focussed role.

**Key responsibilities**
***:

- Answering incoming calls & transferring to the appropriate staff member
- Meet and greet clients and guests
- Checking supplies and ordering stationery
- Building maintenance: Arranging for contractors to quote for any work that needs to be done, and when appropriate arrange a time and date for work to be completed. Arrange routine servicing of boiler, air con, fire alarm, burglar alarm etc.
- Admin support including sending Policy Documents to clients and issuing Receipts
- Processing payments
- Settling Accounts
- Contacting clients for renewals and outstanding payments
- Issuing documents
- Contacting insurers for claim update and settlements
- Loading data onto operating system
- General administrative duties

**Knowledge, skills and experience**

- Proven experience of working within a fast paced administrative role
- Excellent, professional and confident communication skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to construct effective written communications
- Work well within a team and under pressure
- Confident numeracy skills
- Advanced IT skills
