The Operations and Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the core operations processes for the Donmar. Supported by the Facilities Coordinator/ Operations and Facilities Trainee, they play a key role in making sure that everyone who works hereis able to carry out their job safely and in a welcoming and comfortable environment. They support the Donmar’s day to day operation by ensuring our core infrastructure and facilities are well maintained and our buildings are sufficiently managed, fit forpurpose and monitored to maintain a high standard.

This encompasses the successful organisation and management of the office, rehearsal spaces, and commercial lets. The role will also oversee the day-to-day communication with our maintenance contractors and service providers acting as the principal sitecontact

Terms: Full time, permanent Salary: £32,000
