The Role

To be an integral part of the HR Team to deliver a proactive HR service to the business which exceeds our customers’ expectations and contributes to our HR strategy of providing Service Excellence to the organisation.

The role will be instrumental in supporting the HR Business Partner to drive forward the people plans within Homes2inspire and wider Shaw Trust.

Provide accurate data and produce management information relating to employees, to inform line management of trends and statistics, in accordance with company requirements

Support in the planning, recruitment and selection of front line and administrative staff and junior management to meet the business requirements

Complete pre-employment checks for new starters into the organisation in line with Company safer recruitment procedures and deadlines set by HR Business Partner

Support HR Business Partner in reviewing recruitment trends and processes to ensure best practice is followed

Rugby, Warwickshire (Some UK travel required)
