Job Title: Route Relief Vending Operator

Permanent, Full Time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

**Salary**: £25,001.60 per annum plus £1,000 performance bonus

**What does a typical day look like?**
- Provide additional support to a geographical area due to increase in staff demand e.g. absence or annual leave
- Fill and clean drinks / snacks / can / bottle vending machines to quality standards
- Order stock for replenishment of machines
- Ensure accurate use of E3SQLLIVE app and thorough detailing on paperwork
- Communicate with your line manager to report any changes on site that may affect visit frequency and volumes
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to all customers at all times
- Advise your line manager of any problems occurring in the operations supply chain
- Rotate stock in machines and in van to maximise life span and achieve maximum sales potential
- Maintain high standards in relation to the cleanliness and food safety of customer vending machine and that it is representative of the company’s professional image and profile
- Report all machine faults within a timely manner of them becoming apparent
- Clear all service calls with Service Desk within a timely manner of completion
- Work closely with the Operations Team in all aspects of the running of the operations
- Work closely with Service Desk and Technicians in problem solving machine / operations issues to give customers an exceptional vending service
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping in relation to the company vehicle and that it is representative of the company’s professional image and profile
- Support business with price increases on machines and recommissioning of machines as required

**What do we expect from you?**
- Full Driving Licence - ability to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle
- We offer full training so previous experience is not required just a willingness to learn and a can do attitude
- Ability to work on your own
