You will also be involved in the active promotion of our services, attending business networking and well-being events to represent Unisus.

**About us**

Unisusis a group of companies which operates as a social enterprise, delivering services under three sub brands - skills, care and wellbeing to empower people to reach their potential.

Our wellbeing service has been working with students on placement since 2019 to provide support to local people who are experiencing low level anxiety and depression and we recently began to offer our services to businesses for their employees using an associate model.

**About You**

They will also be involved in the active promotion of our services, attending business networking and well-being events to represent Unisus.

Essential skills, qualifications and qualities:

- Ability to represent Unisus and positively promote our services
- Ability to co-ordinate, plan and implement multiple projects
- Producing social media content
- Relationship building with all stakeholders
- Ability to use on-line client management systems
- Well-organised with excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality, privacy and data protection
- Qualified to level 5 diploma in counselling or equivalent

**About the Position**

A DBS check is required for this position.

The number of hours for this post is 25 and is expected to increase over time in line with service growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertaking initial assessments for new clients
- Managing the on-line management information system
- Providing induction training to volunteer counsellors and associate practitioners
- Managing referral processes from start to finish
- Overseeing the accurate completion of European Social Fund Paperwork
- Ensuring systems and records are kept up to date
- Managing resources effectively to minimise waste and maximise outputs

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
