Our Client is a technical professional services and software resale organisation, specialising in AIOps and related technologies. Our team has been at the forefront of enterprise monitoring software for over 20 years and is building the most knowledgeableand customer-focussed team of specialists within the AIOps field.

**Business Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge and ability to work with customers, advising on and designing technical solutions for business problems
- A genuine focus on maximising value and delivering robust and usable solutions for customers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and grow with the business to become a technical consultant, a passion for IT

**Technical Skills and Experience**
- _**AIOps, monitoring, automation and/or observability technologies preferred**_
- Especially relevant are: Splunk, ScienceLogic, IBM Watson (and previous versions of Tivoli Netcool), New Relic and Big Panda-knowledge of these would be great
- Python, PHP or other programming/scripting languages is a plus
- General administrative skills around operating systems, databases, cloud and containerisation
- Entry level proficiency with system administration/support in Windows and Unix environments with an emphasis on Linux
- Demonstrated success configuring and troubleshooting SNMP based Network/Systems Management platforms.
- Entry level proficiency with databases / SQL
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking

**Education and Certification**
- Further education / BSc in Computer Science or related discipline desirable and experience in Technical Support or a related field. Any experience must include successfully providing support, deployment and/or administration for enterprise software solutions
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, project management and business analysis will all be useful

Based in a western suburb of Milton Keynes. This role is currently office based.
