Metro Plumb is a national plumbing business with more than 40 local depots across the UK, our teams of professional plumbers can deal with a variety of plumbing issues, from emergency repairs and stopping leaks to fixing broken boilers and replacing dripping taps.

Here at Metro Plumb, we work alongside our sister companies to provide a complete “water in, waste out” service for our customers. As part of Franchise Brands PLC our customers benefit from access to over 600 drainage, pump, plumbing and FOG engineers. We can provide you with access to specialist expertise, and one point of contact for all drainage, plumbing, pump and FOG works, as well as a unique refrigeration seal replacement offering.

We are looking for capable and customer focused Administrators to join our team based in our Sunderland office. This opportunity is ideal for anyone who is looking for the flexibility and ease of a part time opportunity. Full time hours may also be available.

We are based in the popular Doxford Park area, with easy transport links to our new regional head office.

**What does it entail?**

This role is predominantly administration based, however requires someone with a customer focus who is used to dealing with customers over the phone.

You will liaise with our customers and Engineers to ensure we book pre-planned and reactive servicing work in advance and attend within a timely manner. You will also be part of a busy team ensuring that all follow up work is completed. Dealing with generic enquiries and liaising with the wider team will be part of your daily tasks.

**What do we look for?**
- Previous experience within a call centre environment essential
- Administration experience essential
- Accounts or Insurance based experience preferred but not essential
- Resilient and able to adapt
- Customer focused, enthusiastic and a confident communicator
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Competent IT skills and keyboard skills with the ability to multi-task
- Great administrative and organisational ability
- Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised
