We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities and Office Services Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a small friendly team who ensure that Group offices are always maintained to a high standard, meet the relevant health and safety and disability requirements in accordance with legislation and ensure that risk assessments are regularly reviewed.

This is a varied role where you will be the go-to person in the Worcester office regarding all facility and office related matters. You will take ownership and be passionate about providing great customer service and making the office a great place to work for your colleagues.

This is a part time opportunity working 28 hour per week and attracts a part time salary of £18,514 - £20,571 per annum (depending on experience). We recognise the unique and individual needs of people and welcome you to discuss your preferred part time pattern during the interview process.

Some things we need from you

You should be numerate and literate with an equivalent to five GCSEs including maths and English language

You should be competent in using technology so you can assist employees in making desk or meeting room bookings and issuing new employee identification.

Experience of working closely with customers, both face to face and over the telephone

Be customer focused with experience of working in a small team

Have excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

Be a confident communicator, and be able to work well with others

Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR legislation

A Health and Safety qualification (i.e., NEBOSH) would be considered desirable

This position will be based at our Worcester office, but you should also have the ability to travel to our Birmingham Business Park office if required
