We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Irrigation Specialist, with a focus on supporting the stores, sales office and visiting our valued customers.

**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their technical skills with sales acumen. As a Trainee Irrigation Specialist, you will:

- **Learn the fundamentals of irrigation systems**: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product range and industry best practices.
- **Provide on-site support and troubleshooting**: Visit customer locations to assess irrigation needs, diagnose problems, and offer practical solutions.
- **Build strong customer relationships**: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Generate sales and promote our products**: Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales.
- **Assist with system design and quoting**: Learn to create accurate and competitive quotes based on customer requirements.
- **Maintain accurate records and documentation**: Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are properly documented.
- **Assist with order processing**:Helping with inputting orders along with picking and packing orders when required.
- **Assist with maintaining the stores**:Managing and receipting of incoming goods into the stores and other stock control duties.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A strong practical attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Preferred experience in plumbing: Familiarity with pipes, fittings, and water systems is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Must have good computer skills with knowledge on Excel & Word.

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
