**Location: Based at Senior Aerospace BWT,**Adlington, Cheshire. Full time office based**

**Scope and Purpose of the role**:

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Raise and process purchase orders in line with procurement procedures
- Monitor stock levels and support reordering processes
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information
- Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. commercial, production, finance) to meet purchasing requirements
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards
- Administer database of ‘site contracts’ to identify ‘owners’ and ensure that RFQs are triggered in a timely manner
**Essential Experience, Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems, processes, and procurement practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and/or individually with mínimal supervision
**Desired Experience, Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems
