We are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate person to join our team as a **Homeless Prevention Worker**.
Foundation is a provider of housing-related support services and the post a range of duties, including direct intensive reconnection work and support for young people at risk of becoming homeless and their families. As a member of the team you will make a real difference to the lives of people who come from a variety of backgrounds and face many challenges.
You will have relevant experience, be an effective communicator with a passion and resilience for working with challenging behaviours. What's essential is that you love what you do. We want you to enjoy coming to work every day and to care about your job, your colleagues and our service users.
**A key requirement for this role is to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.**
