**Finance Systems Analyst - ERP - D365**

**London / Hybrid**

**Up to £70K + 10% Bonus + 5% Pension + Benefits**

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the smooth running of the ERP system, own master data, also develop and refine key outputs to aid business reporting and analysis. Ensure the month-end cycles run seamlessly, support audit queries, and streamline processes for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure that ERP updates are covered via regression testing and liaison with IT teams.
- Provide technical support to fix system bugs and to resolve these in line with expectations.
- Ensure that best practice is delivered, and full system capability and functionality is used.
- Provide rigorous levels of system administration to proactively ensure that modules, reports and configuration remains robust, relevant and grow in line with our ambitious growth plans.
- Understand data flows between systems and data architecture, to ensure that business needs are met and supported using the most efficient means.
- Ensure training needs of users are sufficiently met, through a balance of regular 'hands on’ training and self-service online training.
- Support finance systems team in covering other projects and 'business as usual’ deliverables including Power BI, Data Lake finance requirements and maintenance of uploads and outputs of other finance systems such as Anaplan.
- Support Head of Finance Systems with adhoc requests, analysis and data modelling.

Key Requirements:

- Acccounting and/or Business Systems qualifications and experience of D365 are essential.
- Strong track record of systems support, development, process improvements and leveraging new systems. Self-motivated and demonstrates ability to work as part as a team and independently.
- Relevant business experience in a dynamic, global, fast-paced company: telecoms experience desirable but not essential.
- Previous exposure to Anaplan and Power Bi is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a 'can-do’, hands-on mentality.
- Puts data at the heart of decision making; effectively communicates with the business.
- Pragmatic and focussed on serving business needs: strives for excellence.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, diverse environment
- Ability to multi-task and plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
