Storeperson / Driver

First Integrated Solutions are seeking an experienced Storeperson / Driver to join the team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

Based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen you will provide a materials management service to the company ensuring materials and equipment are in the right place at the right time.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- This list does not represent an exhaustive list but indicates the main responsibilities the post holder will be_ required to undertake_:

- Responsible for Goods Receipt & Despatch, equipment checks of all materials entering / leaving yard / warehouse.
- Responsible for Inputting material receipts and manifest details to materials management system.
- Responsible for stock taking activities logging stock levels and advising supervisor of discrepancies.
- Maintains good housekeeping in storage areas and ensures materials and products are stored in an organised and safe manner.
- Responsible for efficient delivery of a wide variety of items locally.
- Responsible for preparation, inspection, security, and safe operation of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Responsible for the securing of and unloading of cargo.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery tickets are authorised by customer on delivery of goods and returned of office for processing.
- Carry out daily / weekly / monthly checks on vehicle in line with company procedures.
- Carry out work in a timely and efficient manner to meet deadlines, changing priorities when the situation requires.
- Carry out work in accordance with 1st Integrated Solutions operating procedures and statutory/client specifications and requirements.

**Qualification & Experience**

**_ Essential:_**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Forklift Licence (B2 / up to 8tonne)

**_ Preferred:_**
- Working knowledge of InspHire or similar Asset Management system
- Dangerous Goods by Sea / Road
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
