CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
The COMPANY
Our client is a leading manufacturer of construction equipment, access towers and work platforms. They are looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join their team.
The ROLE
The successful Telesales Consultant will be required to do the following:
*Proactively Contact existing and potential customers.
Resolve issues for customers.
*Educate customers about features and benefits of product.
*Take and process orders.
*Give order resolution, current shipping information and corrective action on late or problematic orders.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong internal sales applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*Previous experience working in a sales environment
*Experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable although not essential.
*Demonstrable knowledge of customer service principles and best practice
*A problem Solver and a decision Maker.
An excellent relationship builder.
*A working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
