Behaviour Support Assistant Bromley Immediate start & full-time We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), to join a top-performing primary school in the Bromley area. This school has been graded "outstanding" by Ofsted, they have a great ethos, which includes pupils learning about diversity and equal opportunities, one recognising, ‘It’s good to be different’, as well as promoting good behaviour and demonstrating positivitytowards each other. Previous experience working with children is essential. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and be able to work using your own initiative. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. The role will be working with the child on a 1:1 basis but some grouplearning may also be required. Within this role, you will be expected to work alongside key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour exhibited in class. Over time, you will build up a supportive working relationship with pupils so that you can actas a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment.
