Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of caregivers in a senior care home. Your role will involve supervising the team, creating care plans, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional senior care are essential for this position. Duties: - Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement care plans for each resident, ensuring their individual needs are met - Monitor the quality of care provided by the team, conducting regular assessments and evaluations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the care home - Address any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care - Assist with training new caregivers and providing ongoing education to the team Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in senior care is required - Strong knowledge of senior care practices, regulations, and standards - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in IT systems used for managing resident records and scheduling - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Compassionate and empathetic approach towards residents and their families - Proven ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for senior care and possess the necessary leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
