**Synergy Care and Education are looking for a strong and experienced Teaching Assistant in and around the Dartford (Kent, South East Region) area to join our team.**

You will be supporting children with autism and special educational needs. The role involves providing care and educational assistance to children in a nurturing environment. This role will start in to start asap for the right individual.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you play a crucial role in aiding students on their educational journey. Cultivating various strategies to meet each student's unique needs is essential. Collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families to develop comprehensive support plans is vital

**We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who can**:

- To support the educational, social and physical needs of pupils including those with severe physical, learning and complex behavioral difficulties, supporting the curriculum and school through the provision of assistance to the Teacher.
- Work well as part of a caring team
- Recognize the varying needs of individual learners and adjust tasks accordingly.
- Secure high-quality relationships with parents, Carers and the wider community.
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to each and every new day.
- Has experience of working in a primary school supporting groups of children

- Patience and the ability to work well with Children and young adults
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and students

Pay: £83.00-£99.00 per day
