In this role you will be assisting with the day to day running of the finance function and this role will suit someone who is qualified by experience or AAT qualified. You will be working in a busy SME environment and they are looking for available to commence this role at short notice. The position could be available on purely a temporary basis or a temporary-permanent basis.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Bank reconciliations and posting forex transactions
- Daily credit card reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
- Double-entry bookkeeping.
- Import & export VAT returns.
- Maintaining Fixed Assets register
- Prepayments & accruals
- Running the sales ledger/credit control function.

The successful Senior Bookkeeper will have:

- End to end exposure of the finance function
- A technical bookkeeping background
- AAT qualified or QBE
- Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial however this isn’t essential
