**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- **Customer Support & Service**: Deliver routine and advanced technical support through plant surveys, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment (e.g. 3D TRASAR).

- **System Analysis & Optimisation**: Evaluate system data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for performance and sustainability.

- **Equipment & Chemical Management**: Perform light maintenance, conduct sample testing, and manage chemical orders and inventory.

- **Reporting & Documentation**: Produce digital service reports, track support tickets, and ensure compliance with safety and incident reporting protocols.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Enhance service delivery, exceed client expectations, and contribute to technical project development.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or life sciences.

- **Experience**: Strong background in water and wastewater treatment.

- **Technical Aptitude**: Solid mechanical understanding with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot complex systems.

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting.

- **Customer Service**: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and manage client expectations.

- **Autonomy**: Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities in a self-directed environment.

**Role Expectations**

- Deliver on-site field service and 24-hour support (remote or in-person as needed).

- Conduct site surveys, audits, and assist Sales with new business proposals.

- Ensure the Six Service Standards are implemented at all client sites.

- Offer expert advice to internal teams and customers in areas of technical expertise.

- Adhere to Ecolab safety protocols and incident reporting procedures.

- Operate flexibly and independently, managing your own schedule.
