Land Rover Mechanic

Adamson Automotive are a family owned, independent Land Rover repair centre based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

You must be dedicated and hardworking, honest with good time keeping skills. The ability to work well within a small team but also able to work under your own cognisance.

As a Vehicle Mechanic within the workshop you are responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service of the full range of vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately.
- Experience of Land Rover vehicles up to the newest models.
- Have completed a NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent NVQ, BTEC or City & Guilds qualifications.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and, at times, customers to explain works and repairs.
- Have dedication to maintaining product, brand and industry knowledge.
- Checking level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment,
- Full UK Driving license.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Brakes, Clutches, Cam Belts, Engine Repairs, Suspension Repairs, Services, Diagnostics and more.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
