**JOB TITLE**: Automobile PR & Events Section Manager

**LOCATION**: Bracknell

**WAY OF WORKING**: 14 month contract, hybrid

**THE BUSINESS**: C4S Search are proud to be partnering with a marketing leading automotive manufacturer.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The role will consist of:

- Be a personal ambassador and spokesperson for the company
- Accountable for all media relationship management
- Working closely with our European team, and using your industry expertise, create all PR messaging
- Be the first point of contact for all Automobile PR enquires from journalists, media, public and stakeholders
- Own the PR strategy for new Automobile launches and model changes. Plan launches and events at which you will host our most influential media, influencers and opinion formers
- Ownership of the UK Press Fleet and the associated budget
- The strategic lead on UK event planning
- Lead, motivate and support a team of three
- You will own the agency, venue and supplier relationships
- Influence a range of stakeholders
- Foster unparalleled relationships with stakeholders in marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and brand delivery. Jointly capitalise on all opportunities that cross over between functions
- When required, support the wider PR and Events team

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- Technical expertise in Public Relations(agency/client)
- Significant experience of owning and executing large scale events
- Openness to flexible working as this role will require weekend working, evening entertaining and overseas travel
- Outstanding communications skills both verbally and in writing
- A people person and strong influencer able to impart information onto a range of personalities
- Extremely well organised, able to plan and manage several diverse tasks at once
- A proven record of accomplishment of driving positive activity through a team and external partner agencies
- Financially able with previous experience of budget management
