**The Role**

This role is a great opportunity for someone with 4 years' experience as a UX Designer who has worked with junior designers, and is looking to join a company that is forecasting huge growth not only in their business but in positive societal change. You will report directly to the Head of UX and will work closely with Researchers, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to define and deliver new features.

A typical day in this role would involve taking part in Agile practices (including: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and prioritisation) with our Development, Research and Product specialists.

**The Responsibilities**
- Support and work closely with the UX Design Team to discover the stakeholders requirements and reporting needs
- Creation of wireframes, storyboards/journey mapping, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Creation of high-fidelity production-ready UI designs

**The Requirements**
- 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Visual Design (Keen eye for detail)
- User Journeys
- Wireframing, Prototyping, Storytelling
- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Research Methods
