ThisHealth & Safety Manager opportunity is working a mix between the office based in Oldham and field based visiting commercial shopfitting projects across the UK. In addition to a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 pa based on experience you will also receivea car or car allowance.
As Health & Safety Manager you will:

- Carry out regular health and safety inspections on all sites, across the UK.
- Be proactive in suggesting and implementing safety initiatives.
- Take the lead and champion the development of safe systems of work.
- Offer pragmatic advice and solutions to issues raised by project teams.
- Assist the warehouse team in maintaining safety compliance.
- Assist project teams in the development of SSOW.
- Assist the compliance manager with accreditations.
- Be comfortable delivering toolbox talks and updates.

We are keen to speak to people about thisHealth & Safety Manager opportunity with the following skills and experience:

- TechIOSH status or above.
- NEBOSH general certificate.
- CSCS white card.
- Experience within the construction and/or facilities management sector.
- Asbestos awareness trained.
- Ability to complete PQQ documents and collate and present H&S KPIs.

The company are looking to better their environmental performance and may look for the appointed individual to assist in this at a later date.
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 pa based on experience, 25 days holiday, pension and car or car allowance.
