- About the role:

- The
_Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations_ provides leadership, strategy, and planning for the development and evolution of operational and production systems across secondary content for the entire LNLP organization.
- You will be accountable for galvanizing a global team under a common growth and operating north star, and ultimately drive improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. You will also play an integral role in driving employee engagement and enabling high performance across the organization.
- The incumbent innovates to globalize tools, systems, and processes, sets organizational priorities, drives automation, and is responsible for implementing global policies, metrics, and strategies across Analytical Editorial Operations.
- Incumbent has full responsibility for management of Editorial and Operations teams aligned with Analytical (secondary) content, with emphasis on operational efficiency and promotion of organizational values and culture.
- Incumbent will partner with the relevant commercial stakeholders to create new global Analytical content opportunities to influence and drive the customer experience forward, and ensure we deliver on the specific enhancements and product features and functions that each unique market requires.
- Responsibilities:

- Partner with both global commercial/product and product operations leaders to develop and pursue best strategies to improve and integrate the creation and delivery of global Analytical products
- Inspire change through your credibility and collaboration-focus, and influence product operations roadmaps and business activation strategies across Asia, North America, Pacific, UK, and ensure impeccable execution against strategy
- Develop an integrated view of Analytical Editorial Operations using cohesive frameworks and leveraging approaches that yield repeatable success and best-in-class industry standards
- Provide insightful review, perspective, and direction on strategy and operating performance (including content systems and best practices) to the SVP, Global Editorial Operations
- Partner with other Editorial Operations and commercial/product leaders to identify and leverage clear intelligence and data analytics to ensure accountability and meaningful progress
- Support global end-to-end planning and resource allocation grounded in best practices that bridge seamlessly from strategy to execution and is integrated with applicable financial planning processes
- Manage a sizable global budget and create cost projections
- Provide input on how to best upskill, reskill, and recruit talent at scale to build on the Analytical Editorial Operations workforce for today and the future
- Requirements:

- At least 5 years’ experience, leading client-centric, data-driven operations
- Experience supporting and interacting with diverse and high level P&L stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience leading through organizational transformation
- Strong process, engineering and systems orientation
- Significant experience with outsourcing processes, from both an operational and procurement perspective
- Skills:

- Strong global business management acumen with an understanding of more than just Operations.
- Collaborative management style with ability to lead global cross-functional, team-based, deadline-intensive strategic initiatives and delivery
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent organization/project planning, time management, change management across multiple functional groups and departments, and delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various costs, size and complexity
- Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions, identifying risks/impacts and to facilitate management decision making
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including presenting information in a concise and effective manner to various departments
