**About the role**
We’re searching for a **Resettlement Coach** to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective clients using a person-centered approach. Key to this role will be liaising with internal & external training providers to secure upskilling opportunities.
- Forge and maintain links with internal departments, partner agencies and other key stakeholders as appropriate, ensuring that good communication and co-operation is maintained to source relevant training opportunities that meet clients’ Invest in me goals.
- Report any concerns relating to safeguarding of vulnerable people using the correct procedures, attending case conferences and other meetings as required.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation and records are completed and submitted in an accurate and timely manner

- High level of relationship skills: empathy, mutual acceptance, supportive and constructive challenge; positive expectation for the future.

**More about you**:
You won’t necessarily have experience in this sector, as we recognise that transferrable skills and experience are just as valuable.
For example, you may:
- Have experience of working in a customer-facing role as a supervisor / manager.
- Have experience of motivating people who have complex and diverse issues including alcohol or substance misuse, mental health trauma and/or behavioural challenges.
- Have an awareness of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit, as well as voluntary and statutory support agencies.
- Have experience of coaching, motivating and performance managing teams.
- Have the skills to identify and manage risk, supporting others to do the same.
- Have a working knowledge of safeguarding measures and processes.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have exceptional administration and IT skills - especially Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) including the collection and presentation of data.
- You will need to have a ‘can-do’ attitude, at times rolling up your sleeves to help your team to get stuff done. No two days are the same in supported housing, and flexibility is the key
- You must have a full driving licence, together with a car available and insured for business purposes. Where you need to use this for business travel, mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile.
- You should be able and willing to work flexibly across similar Care & Support services (transport costs reimbursed) in support of colleagues elsewhere - remember, this works both ways
