Overview:
As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing our Stylists. You will uphold Levi's brand image by implementing visual standards, motivating the team, and driving profitability through effective merchandising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installing and maintaining windows, mannequins, and in-store displays, ensuring products are displayed according to Levi’s visual guidelines.
- Reviewing sales and performance to identify opportunities to drive store KPIs and improve performance of worst sellers.
- Training stylists on visual standards and merchandising practices.
- Reacting to business trends by adjusting displays and focal points.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager and VM Support on visual floor moves and refreshes.
- Providing regular feedback to the Outlet team on visual merchandising, product, and POS materials.
- Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities
- Assist with store operations such as stock management, admin and rota
- Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge

Qualifications:
You will work well under pressure, within strict deadlines and have the ability to priories and adapt quickly to meet the stores merchandising demands but also support the store in delivering best in class customer service through product placement, stock availability and efficiently managing a team. You will be able to demonstrate strong supervisory capabilities and work effectively, independently but also as part of a team. Your attention to detail and time management (self & others) will be key to delivering impactful visuals and meeting the store financial goals. Importantly, you will have a passion for the Levi’s® brand and love to lead by example, inspiring those around you.
