Primary Responsibilities-
- Work closely with British and Global commercial teams to support on providing a bespoke, relevant talent strategy for clients- Manage and maintain excellent relationships with Talent and Talent Management, ensuring knowledge of all levels of local market talent from Micro-Influencers to Top-Tier Celebrities- Negotiation of preferable talent fees on behalf of Condé Nast and client.- Support the Global TTG teams with local market knowledge and act as a local market hub for the global team- Source, scout, cast and book talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns and White Label client campaigns- Identify talent that matters to the Conde Nast audience across entertainment, food, fashion, design, beauty, fitness, tech, etc.- Support on executing talent pre-sale process- Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production

**Qualifications**:
- An enthusiastic individual with the ability to self-guide their work whilst working in a larger team- 1-2 years experience directly with talent and agencies or in talent management.- Deep interest and understanding of the social media landscape and how to interpret data for clients- Excellent personal time management ensuring the ability to work to tight deadlines.- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and passion for dynamic environments
