Chaakoo on Ruthven Lane is on the look out for some talented, hard working part time servers to join our fun and vibrant team.

You must have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work evenings and weekends on a weekly rota. **You must also be available to work over the festive period.**

£12.21 - 14 per hour, which includes tronc tips.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process guest payments using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods

**Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred, but not required
