Team Leader- Estate Services

**About The Role**:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Estate Services Team. Estate Services are a key part of LiveWest's front line service delivery and play a pivotal role in maintaining LiveWest Estates to a very high standard of service delivery and safety compliance. The role will be responsible for a defined geographical area covering
**North Somerset**,
**Somerset** and
**parts of**
**North Devon**.

You will manage contracts and lead a team delivering a variety of Estate related services, including Grounds Maintenance, Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning, ensuring they are motivated and delivery a superb service to our customers.

You will provide management support to your team by organising regular team meetings, identifying support and training needs and ensuring all activities and tasks are carried out as per LiveWest H&S policies and procedures.

On a day to day basis, you will be required to liaise with contractors, monitoring and reviewing their performance by carrying out site visits and leading on regular performance review meetings. You will support the Estate Services Manager in Procurement and service development. Working closely with residents, our estate champions and with internal teams will be a big part of your role, and therefore the ability to develop exceptional working relationships is imperative.

To be considered for the role of Team Leader
- Estate Services, you will be / have:

- Good communication skills, written, IT, verbal and presentation.
- Relevant experience of managing teams and contracts. (D)
- Experience of service delivery and customer relationship management (D)
- Familiarity with and competent in the use of IT systems including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience of building relationships with stakeholders within and outside of the organisation.
- Evidence of making decisions at the right time based on the information available.
- Able to manage competing priorities and achieving deadlines whilst delivering quality work.
