To be successful, you will be a confident graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children. You will have the desire to encourage and engage all your pupils in reaching their own targets. Ideally, the school needs a highly enthusiasticgraduate who is able to adapt quickly to develop an understanding of the National Curriculum and help deliver to pupils on a 1-2-1, small group and whole class basis.
