**JOB TITLE**: Business Administrator

**LOCATION**: Maidstone, Kent

**SALARY**: £10.50 - £11.50ph

**TERM**: 6 months (until end of December)

**HOURS**: 10am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday

**START**: As soon as possible

Office Angels are really excited to be supporting our client based in Maidstone who are seeking a part-time Administrator to join their team. You will be joining a small team of 6, the role is a busy position providing support both internally to your teamand externally to customers.

**The day to day duties in your new job would be**:

- Processing sales orders through the system
- Sales administration
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with customers via telephone
- Responding to customer queries
- EBay administration
- Inputting sales figures onto Excel
- 1 year experience minimum in an administration role
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Computer literate using MS Systems, including Excel
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Experience processing sales orders is desirable
