**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Outreach and Engagement**:

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
- Attend college fairs, community events, and deliver presentations to promote DN Colleges' Higher Education programs.
- ** Recruitment Activities**:

- Participate in both on-campus and off-campus recruitment events.
- ** Marketing and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
- Utilise social media and digital tools to engage with prospective students.
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyse recruitment data to improve outreach efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and trends.
- ** Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with Admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth transition for students from recruitment to enrolment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in student recruitment, outreach, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
