As a Network Engineer / Network Analyst you will be required to take ownership of the technology associated with the network and telephony function and manage a team of network specialists for the successful provision of the network and data requirementsand the implementation of operational processes to increase efficiencies. You will perform system performance monitoring, oversee technical projects, work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and drive initiatives to improve the customer experienceand develop and maintain an expert knowledge of IT footprint and other IT systems and drive improvements to service quality/customer experience.
Any experience of project management is desirable (Prince 2 or equivalent) and is CCNA certification.
