This new innovative care agency is now looking for experienced, **Healthcare Assistants** that are diverse and able to adapt to new environments within residential homes, nursing homes, support living, private hospitals, and NHS environments in Margate and its surrounding area.

**What will Elite Staffing require from you?**
- The ability to work with empathy, care, and understanding.
- The ability to adapt quickly to any care setting.
- Good levels of understanding and experience in working within the care sector
- NVQ L2 & L3 are desirable but not essential.
- Having a driving license and access to own vehicle is not essential but is highly preferred.
- An enhanced DBS check and right to work will be required.
- Shuttle Service available for some of our harder-to-reach clients.

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
