- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant degree preferred

**The Role**:

- Take off and preparation of tender and contract documents
- Assist with procurement from inception to the placement of an order
- Review and analysis of tender returns, including the placing of subcontract orders
- Attend sites to value and assess the progression of the works
- Assists with valuations and client change on each site
- Management of sub-contract packages
- Maintaining client / customer relations
