Field Sales Manager - Coffee

**The Field Sales Manager role**:As the Field Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of 6 who are based all over the UK and look after the Independent Coffee Shop and Premium Cafés. You will be hands on and attend various customer meetingswith your team. In this role you are tasked with achieving growth and margin enhancements inline with budgets set. This will be through recruiting, setting targets for the team including profit targets and business strategies.

**To be considered for this Field Sales Manager role you will need**:

- Previous experience of successfully managing a field sales team
- Experience within the HORECA/FMCG/F&B space
- Ability to do nights away from home when required
- Ability to negotiate a senior management level

**The package on offer for the Field Sales Manager**:

- £60k basic + 20% bonus
- Company Car: VW Tiguan
- 28 Days Holiday + 4 Bank holidays
