We are looking for both a full time and part-time Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel and Spa.

The Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa is part of Brook Hotels and situated on the edge of Chester. 2 miles from city centre the hotel enjoys an excellent location and the facilities include 63 bedrooms, large gardens, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar and Spa.

**Your duties will include the following**

Setting up the food and beverage areas including Restaurant, Bars and Function Suites.

Ensuring excellent customer service standards and covid precautions are maintained throughout all food and beverage areas at all times.

Operation of the computerised till system would be an advantage.

Working as part of the F&B team to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard.

Relevant experience of table service, be well presented and confident with our guests and customers.

A Quick Starter preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
