Are you highly experienced working with SD-WAN, and managing the entire project lifecycle Then this may be the perfect role for you **Client**: Concept IT are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to work for a well established and growing MSP. My client provides IT Services to customers all over the world and due to a sustained period of growth are looking to expand their Architecture team. **Role**: - Conceptualise and Design complex solutions, covering multiple sites, public cloud infrastructure and/or hosted Data Centre infrastructures. - Technical ownership of project delivery and engaging closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. - Run technical workshops covering multiple technologies. - Perform (if required) presales activity as required in support of the Professional Services and Sales teams. - The role requires detailed design skills specific to the individual's technology specialisation complemented by an architecture-level appreciation of all relevant complementary technologies. - Demonstrating an ongoing, proactive approach, working alongside Professional Services Solution Architecture and Lead Technical Architects in developing and delivering service offerings based on industry best practice and "new to market" technologies. - Development and delivery of technology specific presentations to both large audience seminars and project workshop environments. - Maintain knowledge of project delivery methodologies and technology roadmaps in the particular field of specialisation. - Maintain a broad understanding of competitive products to the individual's specialisation, an understanding of their architectural principles and, where appropriate, design skills and accreditations in these products - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry standards relevant to the role. - To adhere to all company policies and processes as communicated by line management in order to maintain corporate ISO/GDPR accreditation levels. - To obtain and maintain technical accreditations as required by management in accordance with the guidelines provided by manufacturers and software vendors. - Act as a mentor in leading and developing other peer groups or team members. **Desired Requirements**: Good Knowledge of the below: - Enterprise Networking - Cisco Enterprise Networking portfolio (Cat 3k, 9k, DNA Architecture) - Wireless Technology (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba) - SD-WAN (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki) - Security & Mobility - NGFW: Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto - Endpoint protection: Cisco / Fortinet / McAfee / Palo Alto - Familiar with Security frameworks: Cyber Essentials, NIST, ISO27000 - Cisco Identity Services Engine - Aruba ClearPass - Management & Monitoring Solutions - Cisco DNA Center - Cisco PRIME - Other vendors (eg: Solarwinds, HPE IMC) - Diagnostic tools and services - Data Centre & Virtualisation - Cisco Nexus Switching - Cisco ACI - Cisco DCNM - Cisco UCS/Hyperflex/Flexpod - Load Balancing and DC Security - Network Automation & Orchestration - Configuration Management (Ansible/Terraform) - Infrastructure as Code (Jinja2/Velocity/YAML) - File/Storage Repository (Git/Antifactory) This is an immediate requirement, therefore if you are anyone you know is interested, please forward your most up to date CV with contact details to Jack Bannister at for consideration.
