HRP Limited, a leading provider of products and services in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Walthamstow branch. If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a flexible attitude, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loading & Unloading**: Operate forklift trucks (FLT) to load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring all goods received match the corresponding paperwork.
- **Goods Management**: Book in received goods on the computer system, accurately file away paperwork, and maintain warehouse bin locations.
- **Inventory Control**: Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy, arrange courier deliveries for orders outside our delivery area, and take part in the company’s annual stock take.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse tidy and ensure that all items are correctly put away.
- **Forklift Truck Checks**: Perform daily FLT checks and report any defects to the supervisor.
- **Customer Assistance**: Assist customers at the trade counter, help load their vehicles, and cover for the Trade Counter Assistant as needed.
- **Deliveries**: Occasionally carry out deliveries to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Forklift Truck (FLT) license is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- A full driving licence is essential.

**The Details**:

- Hours: Core hours are 7.30am to 5pm, however, you will be expected to work flexibly between the hours of 6am and 6pm if necessary
- Location: Walthamstow branch
- Salary: £26,984 + £3,600 location allowance
- Holidays: 25 days plus all bank holidays, increasing by 1 day annually (up to 30 days).
