Senior Packaging Project Manager
This is a unique opportunity to join a business who have been Market leaders in their field for over 100 years. Boasting a multi-site European operation and products present on the shelves in all of the major multiples, they seek a packaging professional tomanage some of their key projects facilitating the next stage growth plans set in Q1 2021.
Over the last 12 months the business have seen incremental grown on their existing product lines and have successfully introduced exciting new developments onto the market. The Experience We Need;
- You will have experience in a packaging development role ideally within an FMCG surrounding
- You will have evidence of managing various project and detailed understanding of material sciences
- You will have managed a team or been a key lead for projects within R&D or packaging departments
- Detailed understanding of various packaging legislation and laws across the globe
- Proactive problem solver and proven record of meeting tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and evidence of high level stake holder engagement
The Role;
- You we play a key part in the launch of new products and manage developments of the existing portfolio
- Working closely with internal and external stake holders with a project led mindset to achieve key deliverables in a timely manner
- Leading various trials with suppliers ensuring the key objectives of the projects are monitored
- UK and International travel where required
- Finally you will become a key part of the packaging team and be able to support the wider departments with your detailed technical knowledge
