**Role Overview**
- **Customer Service & Rapport Building**: Ensure all customers are served promptly and courteously, building rapport and understanding their requirements while being aware of dealership trading terms.
- **Stock Management & Storage**: Monitor stock levels, verify deliveries, assist with stock checks, ensure proper storage and cleanliness of parts, and report any stock damage or losses.
- **Warranty & Financial Procedures**: Handle warranty materials, maintain a surcharge ledger, and adhere to cash, cheque, and account handling procedures while ensuring proper packing and dispatch of parts.
- **Training & Industry Awareness**: Attend internal and external training courses, stay updated on new products, industry trends, and promotions, and maintain awareness of ongoing marketing campaigns.
- **Team Collaboration & Goal Support**: Maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues, contribute to departmental goals, and ensure that parts and accessories displays are kept up-to-date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
